Francis’s Story…
Initially, my primary motivation was to take charge of my health and fitness. I had struggled with weight problems for a while and knew I needed a structured approach to get results. I hoped that personal training would not only help me lose weight but also boost my strength, endurance, and confidence. I saw it as a journey toward becoming the best version of myself, both physically and mentally.
Certainly, I had doubts before starting. I wondered if I could stick to a demanding training regimen and maintain the necessary lifestyle changes. But I knew I couldn't stay where I was, so I pushed through my uncertainties to pursue a healthier path.
Before I started, my lifestyle was pretty sedentary. I spent long hours at work and ate a lot of fast food and processed snacks. I rarely exercised and felt tired and insecure because of my weight.
Since starting my journey with PhysiquePro, everything has changed. I've completely revamped my diet, focusing on whole foods, lean proteins, and plenty of fruits and veggies.
